Voyara

How it works

From sign-up to your first booking

Here is the real sequence, with nothing skipped — what you do, what Voyara does, and where a step depends on you setting up an account with someone else (Duffel, Stripe, an email provider).

1 · Sign up, and verify your email

You start on the sign-up form and fill in your agency's details: your name and the trading and legal name of the agency, a contact email, and a subdomain — the address your storefront will live at. Disposable / temporary email addresses are rejected.

Nothing is created yet. Voyara emails you a single-use verification link (valid for 24 hours). Your agency and admin account are only created when you click it — at which point you're logged straight into the admin panel.

2 · Your 14-day trial starts

The moment your account exists, a free trial begins. It runs for 14 days by default (the platform can configure this, and the exact days-left counter is always shown in your admin panel).

What works during the trial

  • The whole product — storefront, admin panel, tours, packages.
  • Flight search, using a shared Voyara Duffel key, so you can test the full booking flow before setting up your own Duffel account.
  • You have not chosen a paid plan yet — the trial is a "pick a plan when you’re ready" state, not a specific tier.

3 · Choose a plan

Before the trial ends, pick a plan on the Plan page in your admin panel. Plans differ by monthly booking cap, how many premium page templates you can use, and the monthly AI-chat message allowance. See the pricing page for the current comparison. Billing runs through Voyara's own Stripe, monthly or yearly.

If the trial ends without a plan

Your storefront is restricted until you choose one — customers can still reach Support and you can still get to Plan and Settings, but the rest of the admin panel and new bookings are paused until you're on a plan.

4 · Connect your own accounts

  1. 1

    Duffel — for flight search

Once the trial ends or you're on a paid plan, flight search needs your own Duffel API key. Sign up with Duffel, complete their onboarding, and paste your key on the Flight Provider settings page. More on flight search →
  2. 2

    Stripe — to take payments

Paste your Stripe secret and publishable keys and a webhook secret, and choose Test or Live mode. Add one webhook URL in your Stripe dashboard (the settings page shows you exactly which). Until this is done, checkout is disabled. More on payments →
  3. 3

SMTP — to send customer emails (optional but recommended)

Enter your email provider's SMTP details so booking confirmations, payment emails and the monthly report send from your own address. There is a test button that reports the real server response. More on email →

5 · Customise your storefront

In the Branding studio you set your logo, colours and copy, and pick a template for each part of the site — homepage sections, tours and packages pages, the checkout, the About and Contact pages, the customer login and portal. Every choice has a live preview. Then you add your catalogue: your first tour or package, with photos, pricing and departure dates.

Optionally connect a custom domain, set up the AI chat assistant, and invite your staff.

6 · Go live

There is no “deploy” button — your storefront has been live at your subdomain since sign-up. “Going live” is really just: plan chosen, Stripe connected (Live mode), catalogue populated, branding done. From then on, platform updates roll out to your storefront and admin panel automatically, with nothing for you to install.
