Feature

See what's actually working, not a vanity dashboard

The numbers in your admin panel come straight from your real bookings and storefront traffic — revenue by currency, where checkouts drop off, which trips convert, and a monthly report you can hand to an accountant.

The home dashboard

The first page you land on shows your recent booking and revenue activity, a “needs attention” panel for bookings in an unresolved state, and your upcoming departures. Revenue is counted from money actually received — paid bookings only — and shown per currency, never converted or summed across currencies.

The Analytics page

Conversion & drop-off

For flights, tours and packages separately, you see how many checkouts started, how many reached “paid”, how many failed payment, and how many were abandoned. That tells you where in the funnel you're losing people.

Pageviews

Storefront traffic over your chosen window (7, 30 or 90 days), so you can see whether a marketing push actually moved visits.

The monthly business report

On the 1st of each month, a one-page PDF for the previous month is generated and emailed to your admin address (through your own SMTP). It has an at-a-glance section — total and paid bookings, total revenue, average booking value, conversion, each with a month-over-month change — then a per-category breakdown, then a “compared with last month” summary. You can download any of the last 12 months' reports on demand from the Analytics page.

Scope

Analytics covers your bookings, revenue and storefront pageviews. It is not a full web analytics suite — for session recordings, funnels across arbitrary events, or attribution you would still connect Google Analytics or similar (Voyara injects your tracking codes for you — see storefront settings). Month-over-month percentages are shown as “no comparison” rather than an infinite figure when the previous month was zero.
